Is Ceterus an accounting firm?
We are but there are some services, such as audits, that we do not provide. We do provide a complete done-for-you solution including bookkeeping, comprehensive financial reporting, and tax accounting services. We also work with trusted CPA firms and bookkeepers if our customers have existing relationships.
Isn't it a lot of work to change the way I do my accounting?
Our experience with franchise brands has made our on-boarding process faster than ever. Your peers have paved the way for a smooth transition. We need some information from you to get started, and then we do the rest—keeping you updated along the way.
What if I have a question?
You will have a dedicated team, including an accountant and customer success representative, who know and understand your business. You will have their emails and phone numbers at your fingertips so you can contact them directly for assistance.
Would my Ceterus team be in the United States?
Your team of accountants, customer success, sales, and software engineers are all in the U.S. and most are based in our Charleston, SC headquarters. Ceterus does utilize 3rd party solutions of which some may have an offshore component. These include QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Finicty (a major provider which pulls financial data for Ceterus and many software providers), among others.

Great, we do too. We can support your trusted accountant, saving them time and you money. Your accountant can take advantage of our automation and you can get the financials and benchmarked reporting you need.
Is there a long-term commitment?
We offer month-to-month contracts so we earn your business every month. Our 99% customer retention rate is proof our customers stay on with us. Regardless, you will always have access to a clean set of books.
