Getting Reports for Lenders, Landlords, or other Parties

You may find yourself with a requirement to provide reporting of your business’ financial health and performance at the request of various third parties (e.g., a lender or landlord). Edge Web provides you the ability to access the most commonly requested reports.

P&L by Month

P&L by Month Step by Step Instructions:

1. Log in to Edge Web

2. Click “Financials” on the left-hand toolbar

3. Click “Profit and Loss”

4. Select “By Month” on the top toolbar

4a. Specify your “Date Range” and “Locations” if desired

5. Select the blue “Download” icon to export your P&L to Excel

Current Balance Sheet

3. Click “Balance Sheet”

4. Select “Standard” on the top toolbar to access the current month's balance sheet
